I am a hybrid of business and marketing coach, mentor and consultant as well as a personal development coach. I won’t just ask you lots of questions because, different from personal coaching, you don’t know all the answers. You need guidance and advice. With some things though, such as helping you create an aligned business, I will ask questions, offer insight, work intuitively and use my higher self. On the personal growth (uplevel activation) side, I use various embodiment, somatic-energetic and energy-clearing tools, techniques and practices bespoke to your needs.

I totally get this, having a business is hard. You don’t need to be clear on your niche or business as this is what we’ll figure out together.
If you are deep in the 'doubt cycle', feeling like an imposter or feeling the fear of making changes, we will be clearing those every other session and you'll be practising calming your nervous system as you expand.

You can continue coaching with me on a monthly retainer basis if you need more help to implement everything or continue to get my support in a group setting. These options will be communicated at the end of your program or whenever you ask.

I do not offer a ‘done for you’ service, but I will support you with feedback, homework, resources, clear action steps and email support. I will guide, coach and mentor you in the sessions to help you with any issues you have with implementing the changes or new things we discussed and agreed.
