Welcome to my cosmic realm of business alchemy!

I’m your encouraging and approachable, strategically-minded, business and marketing mentor, uplevel coach, and all-around magical enthusiast.

I'm here to take you on an extraordinary journey to help you discover your own path to aligned business success by owning your amazingness, alchemising your gifts into gold, getting out of your own way and uplevelling you and your business.

First, let's rewind a bit.

I started my adult adventure with a Business Studies degree and a long career in the beauty industry doing marketing. I was bloody good at it but, it didn’t light my fire and I kept wondering, "Is this it?

The same old on repeat - office boredom, mind-numbing daily commutes, and the hedonistic weekend parties - left me feeling bored and unfulfilled. I escaped to go solo travelling to Australia and South East Asia which was a wild adventure but I wanted to do something more meaningful and aligned.

I knew I was destined for better things!

Although I was regularly practicing yoga and t'ai chi and reading self-help books, it was only the beginning of my awakening. Various health issues made me realise my body was screaming that I was out of alignment.

Things needed to change.

My spirit needed to live with more meaningful purpose and that wake-up call was the catalyst for huge change.

That's when I made a radical decision.

Following my intuition, the divine breadcrumbs and defying societal norms (like settling down and having kids) at 35, I set off on another solo adventure, to Latin America. Through edgy travelling, speaking Spanish (badly), partying until I was finally done, volunteering on organic farms and immersing myself in a spiritual-eco community, I experienced a life-altering transformation.

My deep healing and growth journey truly began.

My personal growth journey was like a supernova!

I delved into personal growth practices like tantra, ecstatic dance, non-violent communication, and cacao ceremonies, which expanded my mind, connected me to spirit, and transformed me into a completely different person.

I was hooked!

When I returned to the UK, I immersed myself in several personal development and expansive modalities from Law of Attraction and NVC to Psychotherapy.

I became professionally trained in The Art of Feminine Presence, Heart IQ, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or tapping).

In 2014, I waved goodbye to my last employed job and started the crazy, rollercoaster adventure of having my own coaching and group facilitation business.

My business adventure began

With my background in business and marketing, it made sense to become a business coach, but it didn’t feel right when I first started my business. The inauthentic, pushy marketing strategies used by other coaches didn't resonate with me and I knew there must be a better way.

For three years, I focused on facilitating personal expansion in groups, mostly empowering women to find their authentic voice, grow in confidence, live in alignment, and believe in themselves.

It was powerful stuff, but there was still more to be done.

A bit by accident, I learned to be a business coach when I ventured into coaching natural beauty entrepreneurs in the industry I knew so well, using my expertise and love for marketing to guide them.

But life had other plans - forging my own path.

After working with women entrepreneurs on their confidence, a lightbulb moment struck. Their struggles with fear and lack of self-belief and confidence were causing major issues with their marketing, pricing, visibility, business strategy and following their authentic path. That's when I fully embraced my marketing prowess and shifted my niche to include business and marketing coaching.

With alignment and authenticity as my guiding stars, I’ve dedicated myself to helping women with service-based businesses get clear and confident with their marketing strategy, grow their business, and move beyond the inner blocks, since 2017.

Niching (again)

In 2023, as a perimenopausal mum of my miracle baby boy, I embarked on a soul-searching journey to re-align who I now was, uncover my true purpose and my new niche (a refinement really) emerged like long-hidden gold newly discovered.

I realised that my mission was to help women doing transformational work to find their true business calling (their niche-gold) and elevate their businesses through aligned strategy and uplevelled self-belief.

Niching hasn't been a walk in the park for me, and I know others struggle with it too. That's why I'm passionate about helping my clients uncover their aligned-niche (that feels sooo right), because you often need an outside perspective to see the brilliance within.

My personal passions

As a proud mama to my little boy Felix, I practice gentle parenting (well, most of the time). I'm also passionate about sustainable living, protecting our environment, and growing my own food.

You'll often find me dancing wildly or exploring various embodiment practices, from breathwork to yoga. Anything spiritual and expansive catches my attention, be it sound baths, energy healing, or somatic practices, and connecting with my higher self is essential to me.

When I'm feeling crafty, you'll spot me willow weaving or crocheting and I love harnessing the power of plants, essential oils, and tinctures to nourish and support myself and others. I'm a modern-day witch, wild woman and intuitive; listening to my Higher Self and channelling the spirit of past-life medicine women and alchemists into my transformational work.
