I have a Business Studies degree (graduated Kingston Business School in 1997 with a 2:1) and a 17 year career in the beauty industry including business coaching natural beauty entrepreneurs. Plus a few other marketing and customer service roles.

I am qualified in various personal growth modalities; The Art of Feminine Presence, Heart IQ, NLP and EFT and when I left my last employed job and started my own business I focused on empowering women to grow their confidence, authenticity and courage.

I’ve had my own business since 2014 and been combining business and marketing mentoring and personal development coaching since 2017.

I am brilliant at helping clients create their success foundations so getting clear on their aligned goals, unique niche, ideal clients, offers, funnel, pricing, positioning, core messaging, marketing strategy and sales strategy. I’m all about helping women have a clear, aligned strategy for their business as well as guiding them how to execute that strategy, while staying focused and productive using planning and tracking tools.

With my many years’ experience of helping women move beyond their self-limiting beliefs and lack of confidence, I also love helping women to uplevel themselves and their business so they double down on their genius and what they’re truly here to do, step into their expertise, own how freaking amazing they are, do their best work with clients, their clients get the best results, make a bigger impact and finally start to achieve their income goals.

I am a hybrid of business and marketing coach, mentor, trainer and consultant as well as a personal development coach. I won’t just ask you lots of questions because, different to personal coaching, you don’t know all the answers, you need guidance and advice. With some things though, such as helping you create an aligned business, I will ask questions, offer insight, work intuitively and use my higher self. On the personal growth (uplevel activation) side, I use various mindset and energy clearing tools, techniques and practices and we’ll generally address an inner block as it arises (which they will, as you move towards your goals and activate your uplevelling).

I will start with helping you get clear on your goals and vision for your future, then everything we cover is based on what you need to learn or implement, in order to achieve what you want.

It depends on the service, I currently have three 1-2-1 offerings; a 6-month 1-2-1 coaching program, a half day strategy intensive with a follow up session and a poweress hour. I work with women entrepreneurs doing transformational work such as coaches, health & wellbeing practitioners, therapists, healers and spiritual businesses as this is my personal passion and my sweet spot of how this can best be marketed effectively and authentically.
