Everything is accessible online. The sessions are all live and interactive and recordings of all except the energy-clearing portion of the Uplevel Activation sessions are placed in the portal afterwards.

This is a group program / mistressmind hybrid. It is not a step by step, cohort-based group program.
You can join any time and gain access to some foundational trainings, and join in immediately with the live calls. Everyone will have been in it for different lengths of time.
There is a different topic each month but they can be done in any order, and they will build on each other creating a compound effect.
