I am a hybrid of business and marketing coach, mentor, trainer and consultant as well as a personal development coach and energy clearing practitioner.

I won’t just ask you lots of questions because, different from personal coaching, you don’t know all the answers. You need guidance and advice. With some things though, such as helping you create an aligned business, I will ask questions, offer insight, work intuitively and use my higher self.

On the personal growth (uplevel activation) side, I use various mindset and energy-clearing tools, techniques and practices and we’ll generally address an inner block as it arises (which they will, as you move towards your goals and activate your uplevelling), ideally each session.

I will start with helping you get clear on your goals and vision for your future, then everything we cover is based on what you need to learn or implement, in order to achieve what you want.

We will conclude each session with you being clear on what homework to do and actions to take and I am available on email too.

I am here for you every step of the way for 6 months, I’m only an email away. Drawing from my extensive experience and expertise, I will offer advice, ask questions or share key things to consider so you are empowered to make your own aligned decisions.

You don’t need to be totally clear about what you want to work on, just where you want to go. I will help you get clear on your aligned goals and work backward from there to figure out what you need to do in order to achieve your goals. Equally, if you’re stuck, we can dive into why and get you unstuck from your inner blocks before moving forward.

It very much depends on what you already have in place and what else you need to create or implement. We will be working on your strategy, business and marketing so you should already be devoting 20-40% of your time on these things.

This program is to support your personal and business development and you’ll ‘get out what you put in’ so the more effort you input, the better the output will be. I always recommend listening back to the recording as we always cover a lot in the sessions and there will always be homework. You will need additional time for setting goals, planning, updating your income tracker, creating new things (lead magnets, blogs, funnels, new offers), changing things, writing (copy, content), implementing new processes and systems, research, and doing mindset/inner work.

Yes, I have an option for ongoing mentoring on a monthly retainer basis or as ad-hoc sessions as and when you need a top-up. These options will be communicated towards the end of your 6-month program, group program, support package or whenever you ask.
