Something I got from my first incredible Heart Circle Group last night in Bristol was the power and beauty of speaking one’s heart truth rather than giving an opinion or advice. This will be the basis from which I intend to be in all things. Thank you everyone who was there!! I look forward to deepening and expanding this practice. My heart actually feels stretched in such a good way today and the after glow is still there. In fact, through an unexpected conversation, I expressed from my heart as we were shown, and I made a very tough man cry today – in a good way! Xxxxxx
