I thank God I have had this opportunity to work with Hils, I have gained so much from this course. Her teaching is beautiful, compassionate and real, it was exactly what I needed. The biggest takeaway for me is to tune into what I really want and not have to “go for it” simply listen and ask …that is the hardest part for me. I have also been speaking up for myself and not allowing unbalanced relationships. Hils is on to something and Christian Rocks!
