This joyful, expansive and nourishing work of Heart Intelligence (Heart IQ™), is for men & women who are on a personal growth journey and are ready to release their blocks and stretch, activate, grow and open to more of the good stuff – in life and their relationships!

These Sacred Heart Circle group sessions will give you an experience of the amazing work of Heart IQ™ using embodied awareness, sharing, stillness, eye contact, presence (with self and other) and various communication techniques, creating deep conscious awareness, clearing old patterns and helping you relate in a healthier way. We often have hugs too!

Find a ‘new normal’ way of living…. of thriving in life by activating your dormant parts in the presence of others, of communicating more deeply and honestly that gives you closer more fulfilling relationships and a way of having so much awareness and self-love that you can relax in your own authentic confidence and master your life. NB: it is a practice!
