My professional qualifications & training

I help women entrepreneurs, like you, to market themselves and their business more confidently and to get clearer and more confident with their marketing strategy and implementation.

I can help you master your inner landscape (beliefs, fears, confidence, energy) and integrate it with your outer expression (aka their marketing) with practical, grounded strategies and coaching, so your message and marketing is congruent, aligned, authentic, effective and enjoyable to you!

I use my wealth of knowledge and experience in Marketing to help you create an effective marketing strategy and plan, find and attract your ideal clients, make more money and have a greater impact.

I love marketing and I can help you love it more too!

I coach people 1-2-1 (online or in person) and run group events such as workshops and courses (online and in person). All my programs and coaching are designed to support my clients to achieve great things with their business, in a way that feels good.

My warm, wise and grounded nature encourages those around me and I inspire others with my enthusiasm, positivity and love for life.

BA (Hons) in Business Studies 2:1 – Kingston Business School

I hold a Business Studies degree (2:1) from Kingston Business School (rated ‘Excellent’ at the time) where I specialised in Marketing and I’ve had a career in Marketing and Brand Management since 1996.

Professional Background in Marketing & Business

I have a wealth of varied professional experience since my first marketing placement at a Cable TV & Telephone company in 1996. Following graduation, I started working in the Beauty Industry for countless small brands across all categories; from fragrance, cosmetics and skincare to toiletries, home fragrance and a men’s spa. My expertise was in business development and marketing and I grew many small brands such as Nuxe to become really successful.

On my travels, I worked for a small magazine in Sydney, Australia doing marketing, writing, editing, office management, accounts and sales. I’ve also worked temporarily at a recruitment agency, telesales company, event organising and doing customer services.

I started my own business in May 2014, first in personal development coaching and workshop facilitation (mostly in women’s confidence) as well as combining my personal passion for all things natural and organic by mentoring natural beauty businesses through the Build Your Beauty Brand course with The School of Natural Skincare.

Now I bring this wealth and depth of experience to my clients through coaching, mentoring and training women business owners to improve their marketing and boost their confidence so they can grow their business, create success and thrive.

If you’re choosing to do personal development work with someone (and most business coaching should include some self-growth too!), I advise you to check their qualifications and training and strongly consider not working with someone who isn’t professionally trained – because anyone can call themselves a ‘coach’ or a ‘facilitator’. I really think it is dangerous for you or anyone to work with someone not adequately trained and experienced.

The reason is simple; in the process of my training, I did the tough and necessary personal development work on myself, which enables me to hold you and all my clients safely and with high integrity when I work with you.

Essentially, I can leave my stuff at the door.
